Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NextRem, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

NextRem provides a secure workspace for terminal access, SFTP file operations, server monitoring, AI-assisted operations, team management, and audit history. Some features may depend on configured infrastructure, payment providers, or third-party services.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity performed through your workspace. Administrators are responsible for assigning access only to authorized users and reviewing shared connection configuration.

You are responsible for keeping vault passwords, local device access, recovery materials, and server credentials secure. NextRem's credential vault and cloud sync features are designed to reduce server-readable secret storage, but they do not replace your duty to rotate credentials, remove access for departed users, and maintain least-privilege server permissions.

Acceptable Use

You may not use NextRem to violate laws, attack systems, bypass authorization, distribute malware, interfere with service operation, or access infrastructure without permission.

Operational Responsibility

NextRem can assist with server operations, but you remain responsible for reviewing commands, validating AI suggestions, managing production access, and maintaining backups and incident procedures.

AI-generated explanations, command drafts, and deployment suggestions are informational. You must verify commands, file changes, package installs, and production operations before execution. NextRem is not responsible for unauthorized use of infrastructure credentials or commands approved by an authorized workspace user.

Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the selected billing period or purchase type. Taxes, refunds, cancellations, and payment processing are handled according to the checkout terms and provider policies shown at purchase time.

Overseas purchases may be processed by PayPal. iOS subscriptions or in-app purchases may be processed by Apple where offered. Subscription status, seats, and credits are enforced by NextRem based on successful provider events and entitlement records.

Intellectual Property

NextRem, its branding, interface, and original product materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your workspace data and connection configurations.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if service security is at risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextRem is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material updates will be reflected by changing the date above.
